POOLED INCOME

All villas in the Masayu complex will be placed into a rental pool. In other words all rental income is combined before being shared to owners on a formula based on the number of bedrooms that each villa owner owns within the complex. Therefore we believe it will result in the fairest distribution of income to owners. Under the Masayu management structure all owners share proportionately in both costs and income.

To maximize return, BMP will constantly market the complex both directly to end clients as well as through its network.
